Can Black Cherry Juice combat Gout?

Gout treatment with black cherries has been used for centuries. This folk remedy for gout is one of the oldest. It was not known why it worked until very recently. They knew it worked for many people with gout. Gout sufferers may be able to relieve their pain with certain compounds found in cherries. Gout attacks can be caused by excessive uric acid buildup. Anthocyanins, a compound found in cherries, have been shown to reduce uric acid levels.

Let me be clear. Gout is a condition that can be treated with cherries.

Why? I don’t know. How much should you take? Two tablespoons a day is enough for me. Two teaspoons per day is fine for others. Gout sufferers may need to take more than two tablespoons per day. To reduce your gout attacks’ frequency and duration, you will need to experiment. You’ll love it straight if you have a sweet tooth. You can also dilute the concentrate with water if you don’t like sweets. Try black cherry juice concentrate to see if you like it.
